Communication & Inspiration
Consultations can be done either in person or remotely. During your consultation we listen and understand your vision. You will receive an inspiration board to help you narrow down your choices for your custom order by selecting the concepts that best resonate with you. We will then discuss the right materials for your masterpiece, placing special attention to the metals, stones and settings that will create the perfect piece. Then the magic begins!
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Depending on your design, you will receive Hand drawings or CAD drawings of your piece for approval. Upon approval, the design, details and price will be confirmed. If you don’t love it, we’ll go back to the drawing board. We are committed to making sure we bring your vision, and that special “wow” factor, to life.
ESTIMATES
Once your final choices are confirmed, an estimate will be confirmed based on your design. You will receive an agreement for signature detailing the scope of the custom design you have chosen. Since we are creating a customized piece, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit before we start the design work.
DESIGN WORK
The creation method of your custom jewelry might vary depending on design. Pieces can be completely handcrafted or created using the latest 3D printing technology, which generates a wax mold specially designed for you.
REVIEW and final payment
You will receive a photo of your completed custom piece. Final approvals are made. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your custom piece. All sales for customized jewelry are final.
DELIVERY
Upon receipt of payment, custom jewelry will be shipped via FedEx Ground to the address provided or delivered in person. Please note: there is an extra fee for international shipping and timing of delivery depends on selected speed/location. Upgrade to UPS 2nd day air is also available. An adult signature will be required upon receipt.
